Submission Licence & Warranty
By submitting a photo or video you confirm that you are the owner of the copyright in the submitted material (or have obtained permission from anyone who appears in it), and you grant Nekono Pty Ltd (“Nekono”) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and display the submitted photo/video (or any edited version) for advertising, marketing, social media, website, email and printed promotional materials, without further payment to you.
You warrant that the submitted material does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights. If a third party makes a claim in respect of the submitted material, you agree to indemnify Nekono for any loss, cost or expense that arises from that claim.
You understand that, while you may request withdrawal of permission by contacting us, material that has already been published or used in advertising may not be able to be withdrawn retrospectively. For questions or withdrawal requests contact: support@nekono.com.au.
